Lucius Woods Performing Arts Center

NEW! This year a new item replaces the poster. A pack of 6 note cards with decorated envelopes have been designed from the 2011 Goligoski watercolor.  The cards will sell for $10 per pack. The card is 5" X 7" therefore; is still frameable and looks especially nice with a matting.  The cards are already proving to be a popular item! They are beautiful, practical and make a great gift.  A pack can be mailed for a charge of $2.00 S & H.  Include $1 for each additional pack ordered.

The Lucius Woods Performing Arts Center's annual poster is created from the watercolors of Lorraine Goligoski. Lorraine has generously partnered with the center since 1997. Posters are still available for each year. Lorraine describes her passion of painting as a “mad infatuation with watercolor.” She has been creating vibrate colored works of art for over 50 years.  She finds inspiration in her own garden that influences her floral paintings. Other objects illustrated in her works are landscapes, horses and boats, however; time and again she returns to her first love, scenes of woman and flowers.

 The series of posters are displayed at the Music in the Park concerts or you can purchase them by contacting the LWPAC office at 715-378-4272, or e-mail luciuswoods@lwmusic.org. They can also be purchased at Wolff’s Flower Shop in Superior.

 The cost is $10; if you would like them mailed to you, please add $5 for shipping. Two posters can be shipped in one container for the $5 shipping fee.

 Some Goligoski originals are currently being displayed at the ‘Framing by Nancy Art Gallery' at 17^th and Tower Avenue in Superior.
